HSK600 is the second-generation of HSK500 High Speed LED Tester. The latest HSK600 is a fully automated programmable High Speed LED Tester designed to meet the growing needs of greater flexibility. As part of an effort to reduce costs while exploiting the availability of increasing throughput, HSK600 has full capability to perform electric measurements and optical measurements that conformance to international standards.


Due to its internal build-in precision SMU (source measurement unit) and outstanding cost effectiveness, this test system can be integrated with an automated handler as a total solution for your production floor or customized to your ideal requirements. As an added convenience, the system also comes complete with easy intuitive application software that gives you easy-access to the functions needed.
